Aye Hnin Phyu has a Bachelor Degree in Science and a Diploma in TESOL. She also has a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD). Dr.Eshwari, has been in teaching field and school administration for more than 12 years, worked as a HoD of Commerce and Humanities and high school teacher handling subjects like Economics, Business Studies, Global Perspectives, Geography and Travel and Tourism. She has worked in a couple of international schools in Maldives, India and Myanmar. She is well familiar with Cambridge, Edexcel, AP and IB MYP, DP curriculum.
