She holds a Master of Research Library and Information Studies ( M.Res LIS ), a Master of Library and Information Studies ( MLIS ) and a Diploma of Library and Information Studies ( Dip LIS ) from the University of Yangon. Her bachelor’s degree is a B.Sc Mathematics. Su Mon earned her certificate of Ethics and Public Service training from the Idaho Commission for Libraries (USA) in 2020.
