Her bachelor’s degree is a B.Sc Mathematics. Su Mon earned her certificate of Ethics and Public Service training from the Idaho Commission for Libraries (USA) in 2020. She completed her teacher training in Early Childhood Care and Development ( ECCD ) course in 2020.

She has worked in a couple of international schools in Maldives, India and Myanmar. She is well familiar with Cambridge, Edexcel, AP and IB MYP, DP curriculum. She was also a High School Counselor and a College Counselor back in the Philippines.
